How to Report Faulty Starlink Equipment via the App

You are going to need an internet connection ( 4G or public Wi-Fi ):

  • Open the Starlink app on your phone or tablet
  • Tap Support at the bottom of the screen
  • Select Troubleshooting
  • Choose the category that best matches the issue (e.g., Dish Offline, No Internet, Hardware Fault)
  • Follow the on‑screen steps until you reach “Still Need Help?”
  • Tap Contact Support
  • Select Equipment Issue / Faulty Hardware
  • Add a brief description of the fault (e.g., “Dish not powering on”, “Router rebooting constantly”)
  • Upload photos if relevant (Starlink often asks for these)
  • Submit the ticket — Starlink will reply inside the app under Support → Messages
